Article Title:U.S. military is on its way to getting its Iron Man

What happened:A U.S troop in afghanistan died in a raid after kicking in a door. Due to his death the U.S decided to take action. They are close to construction an iron man like suit. It will not have the flying feature but its heavy metal will protect the person in it from incoming enemy fire.
Why this event is relevant:This event is relevant because it is discussing the problem in Afghanistan. The U.S troops have been over there for awhile and the problem just seems to keep getting worse.
Reaction: I was stunned at this article. Its crazy that we have the type of technology to create things like that.
Opinion: I think this is a bad idea though. This can cause problems with other countries. This could cause them to create even more powerful things and use them for the wrong reasons.
Connection: I chose this article because an invention like that is pretty spectacular but dangerous at the same time. A suit like that can cause mass destruction.

When: This event happened this week,yesterday to be exact.
What happened: Jim webb is dropping out of the race for becoming president.
Why this event is relevant:This event is relevant because he had people on his side and now they have to pick a new president. Also now there is one less peron to have to beat. But this also shows how not enough funding towards your cause can stop a lot.
Reaction This kind of shocked me because i actually liked him and he put a a big fight during the debate.
Opinion: I think he should have kept running. He had some good points and i felt like a lot of people agreed with him. But the article did say he didnt make himself well know .He didnt go to different cities and states making annocments and speaking on his behavf . You have to to better.
Connection: I choose this article because i feel like its refreshing to see something in the news not about Donald Trump. Also with him i knew what he wanted to do and was kind of interested in what was coming in the future for him.

What happened: Joe Biden finally decides to not run in the presidential race. Alot of people are upset about this.
Why this event is relevant: This is relevant because the race is right around the corner. People were also waiting to see because alot of people were hopinh that he would run in the race. Alot of people wanted to vote for him this election.
Reaction: I really wish that he would have ran because he would have made a very good president. I think this because he worked along side president for two terms. I think he has experienced alot so therefore he would have made a very goo president.
Opinion: He would have made good decisions being a president. I also think that he should have made a decision that was good for the people. This decision was not for the people this one was for himself. Alot of people needed fot him to run for president. Alot of people also believed in him.
Connection: I choose this article because I was actually hoping that Biden would run for president and help this nation as a whole.

What happened:Hillary Clinton's testimony before a special House Benghazi committee. Democrats and Republicans jousted from the start over whether the probe is an independent fact-finding mission or an effort to smear Clinton as she campaigns for the Democratic presidential nomination. Tensions that built during the first three hours of her testimony erupted into an angry exchange between the top Republican. Gowdy pressed Clinton on advice she may have gotten from confidant Sidney Blumenthal regarding U.S. policy in Libya. He wasn't alone in raising his voice at Clinton, who studiously avoided responding in kind. "Not a single member of this committee signed up to investigate you or your email,’’ he said in his opening statement.
Why this event is relevant: This is relevant because Hillary Clinton who is running for president is testifying in front of a committee.
Reaction: I feel like People at this committee are worrying about the wrong things when it comes to Hillary testifying. The Congress that are questioning Hillary is worried about her private emails instead of whats in important. Some of the congress are asking her about question that don't make sense like if she was home all night of the Benghazi indecent.
Opinion: I think the Republican congress is asking intimidating on purpose to throw Hillary off her game and make it seem like she not fit for presidency even though it does not have nothing to do with what happened in Benghazi.
Connection: I choose this article because i think what the republicans is doing is childish they should leave elections with elections and let her testify the right way on the Benghazi indecent.

What: While waiting for a tow truck on the highway Corey Jones was approached by an unknown officer who didn't even bother to show his badge. Without making himself known, he had shot and killed the innocent man. Now his family wants answers why?, who?, and how? The officer in plainclothes fired six times and three of which took Corey Jones's life. Later on it was said that then name of the unknown officer was Norman Raja. When approaching the vehicle he thought it was abandoned and later on felt threatened by someone who was armed. That was when he then shot six times at Corey Jones which resulted in his life being taken away from him. Now those looking from the outside in believe that it was a misunderstanding. This event is relevant because there is a lot of gun violence that is taking place in the U.S. along with police brutality. I was reacting in a negative way when I first began to read the story because I thought it was another case of police brutality. After I read more I realized that maybe that wasn't his intentions. It's dark, he's not in a cop car or uniform, and he felt threatened at one point. I think that before people jump to conclusions they should this article then judge. I also believe that there are two sides to every story but we are sadly unable to hear Corey Jones's side. I chose this article because I honestly thought it was another coop taking the life of an innocent person and later on realizing that this may not have been the case.
